Crocheted Christmas Gifts from Grandma to 3 Lucky Little Girls
My mother was very busy before Christmas crocheting some darling hats and scarves for a few of her very many granddaughters. For a long time, the only crocheting she did was using fine crochet cotton and making beautiful pieces like this vestment trim. For Christmas, I even gave her an accessory to hold her cotton which I will show you later. (Santa gave me one too!)
But lately she has been using BIG yarn (meaning worsted weight!) and making some super cute things. Here they are...
A pretty, girly, pink hat and matching blanket for one of the little ones!
A beautiful blue hat and scarf for one who is a bit older.
And this green set also for one of the bigger girls. I love this green color!
The flowers were made from one of these patterns that I made up for Mom when she wanted to add a little something to the first hat and scarf set she made, which you can see HERE.
Nice work, Mom!
Happy Stitching!

Like mother - like daughter!! You are both such talented crocheters. The hats are so cute - love the ruffle trim. The blanket is a pattern I would love to try - is it in the same Interweave magazine? (The green yarn is so pretty - I am a green lover so anything green catches my eye.)
