Crocheted Cotton Hotpads ~ Using Up Leftover Cotton

After making all those crocheted cotton wash cloths this summer, I had lots of leftover odd pieces of cotton. So what do you think I did with them? Take a look...

Crocheted Cotton HotpadsI used them up making these double thick crocheted cotton hot pads! The above picture is one side of this blue/yellow/pink hot pad...

Crocheted Cotton Hotpads...and this picture shows the other side of the same blue/yellow/pink hot pad! I love how the colors wrap around from front to back and make each side look a little different.

Crocheted Cotton HotpadsHere's another one I made using more of the leftovers...this one is yellow/blue/orange/green.

Crocheted Cotton HotpadsHere is the other side of the same hot pad. Fun!

If you'd like to learn how to make one of these double thick cotton hot pads for yourself, check out my video tutorial by clicking HERE. They are so fun and easy to make, requiring only very basic crochet skill. They work up quickly and make great gifts too! Go for it!

Happy Stitching!
