400th Post Summer Giveaway - Winner Announced!

Another milestone has been reached here at Hooked On Needles - this is my 400th post! A little over a week ago I announced that there would be a giveaway to celebrate this occasion, and the drawing has been done. A big THANK YOU to all who entered and told me what link they liked best from my sidebar. That information is very helpful to me.

Would you like to see who the lucky winner of the Summer Giveaway is?

Take a look...maybe it's YOU!

400th Post Summer Giveaway drawingFirst I wrote down each entry on one of my little Snoopy calendar pages, folded them up and put them into Gracie's little play food basket.

400th Post Summer Giveaway drawing...it's Christine a.k.a. The Knitter from the Canadian Oddball Knitters! They do the oddball baby blankets up in Canada!

Congratulations to Christine! I've already contacted Christine and hopefully will hear back from her soon with her address so I can get her package on its way.

Stay tuned for an update on my Knitted Lace Shawl that I am actually enjoying and beginning to make some progress on!

Happy Stitching!

  • Thanks so much!!! I am really looking forward to getting my package and going to the beach! However, being a knitter, I think this is going to make a perfect bag for day trip knitting in the car, or going to the doctor's office, or any small knitting project! I can't wait to get it. Thanks again MGM!!!

    Hugs,
    Christine

  • Congrats to the winner!
Looking forward to an update on your shawl. It is such a lovely shade of lilac (or is it lavender? Sometimes it's hard to tell on the computer screen!) I use a magnetic board for my knitting instructions too.
