Summertime Giveaway Winner is....

...wait for it...wait for it...And the winner is...




...Anne Marie! (That's Anne with an 'e'...there was also another entry with the same name only spelled with no 'e'!) Congratulations Anne Marie, and a big thank you to all of you who entered this giveaway and left such nice comments.

Anne Marie will get to choose from any one of the 4-pack bundles of crocheted cotton wash cloths that are currently listed in my Etsy shop, or she can choose her favorite colors and I will crochet four cotton cloths just for her. I'll be interested to find out what she picks!

I've been busy sewing on a commission project of 8 Christmas stockings, like those pictured HERE, and they are almost finished. Another project I have been working on is a throw quilt which will be a Christmas gift. The top and backing are complete so I am just waiting for my appointment with the long arm machine so I can get it finished and ready to go for Christmas. Another Christmas gift quilt is in the works as well, but still in the layout stage. No sewing has been started on this one. So lots going on here, but not a lot I can show yet!

One more week until my little ones go back to school. We have a few play dates this week and will also need to try on all their uniform clothes to make sure everything fits. I have a feeling my son has grown enough to render his uniform pants a bit on the short side, so a trip to the uniform store to exchange a few items might be in order as well!

Enjoy what's left of your summer, and start thinking about those fall projects! The cooler weather and colorful leaves will be here before we know it!
